Using footage taken above and below the water we can allow the swimmer to see their swimming action objectively (often for the first time) and what a sobering experience that can be!
However, by providing constructive feedback and with the added assistance of specific video-analysis software, this can be an incredibly effective and enjoyable way to learn.
These sessions will operate on the same basis as the 1-to-1 sessions, however available time slots may be slightly restricted due to the use of the video equipment.
