Happy New Year and welcome to the new MVsport website.

We’ve been busy over recent weeks developing the site and putting together a plan of sessions and events for the coming year. If you know us already or like what you see, keep an eye on the site in the coming weeks, as we will be adding information regularly including regional events, training workshops, technical tips and practices, and much more.

Some areas of the website are still under construction, so please bear with us, whilst we get the information uploaded. If you have any questions in the meantime about any of the things we do, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

The open-water season may look like being a long way off for many of you, given the current weather conditions. Not that it puts all of us off!

New Year's Day dip at Whitley Bay draws crowds

If, however, the temperature is still a little bit cold for you at this time of year and you’re wondering when you’ll get a chance to don that wetsuit and practice your skills for the races that you’ve earmarked for the season ahead. Fear not!

We will running some early season pool-based workshops addressing open-water specific skills and practice. It will give you the chance to get the wetsuit out early and get ahead of the competition.
